─ who we are
The people behind the work.
At Eskae you deal directly with the people accountable for the work — the people who set the direction also answer for the outcome, from the first conversation to the final handover.

Lachlan Paulger
FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR
Lachlan founded Eskae to develop the way he believes places should be made — with the discipline of someone who came up through construction. Across two decades he engineered and delivered major projects around Australia, from a 57-storey Brisbane CBD office tower to resources and industrial infrastructure in Western Australia, before establishing the Melrose group. He leads Eskae’s strategy, capital and partnerships.

Jaden Williams
DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
Jaden leads Eskae’s developments from first concept to final delivery. Trained as an architect, he brings a design-first eye to every project, shaped by years of multi-residential and commercial work with established Queensland developers. He is responsible for design direction, feasibility and delivery.

Kristian Jensen
CONSTRUCTION DIRECTOR
Kristian leads construction and delivery. A civil engineer by training, he has spent two decades delivering major residential and commercial projects with some of Queensland’s most established builders and developers. He makes sure every Eskae project is built to the standard it is designed to.

Nick Weller
DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Nick brings a development and feasibility background across Brisbane property — from project and development management to investment analysis.
─ HOW WE WORK
Close to the work, and to each other.
HANDS ON
In the detail
Principals stay across the work — on the drawings, on site, and in the room when decisions are made.
DIRECT
One Conversation
You talk to the person accountable, not a layer in between. Answers come quickly and honestly.
LONG VIEW
Built to last
We make decisions for the life of a place, not the length of a project. Relationships outlast the build.
ONE TEAM
Design & delivery together
Eskae designs, Melrose builds — the same group, the same standard, from first line to handover.
